Can I try RomilCar for free?
Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial on all plans. No credit card required to get started.
How does portal publishing work?
You set up your AutoScout24, Subito.it, and/or Automobile.it account credentials once. Then with one click you publish vehicles to all portals. The system automatically syncs every 30 minutes and removes listings when you sell the vehicle.
Is electronic invoicing included?
Integration with Fatture in Cloud and Aruba Invoicing is included from the Professional plan. Invoices are generated with the correct VAT treatment (standard, margin, Legge 104, IntraEU, export) and sent to SDI.
Do you handle the margin scheme for used cars?
Yes, from the Professional plan. The system automatically calculates reverse-charged VAT on the margin (sale price - purchase price × 22/122), applies the legal reference on invoices, and generates the correct accounting export.
How do IntraEU and ExtraEU sales work?
From the Business plan you can manage international sales: EU VAT number validation via VIES, automatic Intrastat reminders for IntraEU, goods exit tracking and customs MRN for ExtraEU. Each compliance requirement generates an automatic reminder.
Can I export data for my accountant?
From the Business plan you can export transactions, customers, and suppliers in Zucchetti CSV or TeamSystem TRAF2000 format. With the Enterprise plan you can sync in real-time via API with Reviso. Account codes are customizable for each firm.
Are plate lookup and valuations included?
From the Business plan you can look up vehicles by plate via Infocar and get Quattroruote/Eurotax valuations for up-to-date market pricing.
Can I import my existing vehicles?
Yes, during onboarding you can import your inventory via CSV file. The system can also acquire vehicles from existing listings on Subito.it and other portals.
Is my data safe?
Absolutely. We use end-to-end encryption for credentials, automatic daily backups, and our servers are in Europe in compliance with GDPR.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. The change is immediate and billing is adjusted proportionally.
